Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation:
All reservations are confirmed once the full payment or a deposit (as specified) is received.
A confirmation email will be sent to the guest with the booking details, payment receipt, and check-in instructions.
2. Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the check-in date.
For bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $350 (or specified amount) is required and will be held until the property has been inspected for damages after check-out.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages and/or excessive cleaning needs are found.
4. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 5:00 PM (or specified time).
Check-out time is 10:30 AM (or specified time).
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Made by Guests:
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50 (or specified amount) administrative fee.
For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund of the total rental amount will be issued.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations Made by the Property Owner:
In the unlikely event that the property owner needs to cancel a reservation, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to the guest.
The property owner will make every effort to assist guests in finding alternative accommodation for the same dates.
3. Force Majeure:
The property owner is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
In such cases, the guest may be eligible for a refund or credit for future stays, at the property owner's discretion.
4. No-Shows:
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will be considered no-shows and no refund will be issued.
House Rules
1. Minimum Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the property and must be at the rented property throughout the rental period.
2. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A designated smoking area is available outside.
3. Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation or made available at the option of the property owner.
4. Noise and Disturbance:
Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
5. Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy of the property is 10 (or specified number) guests.
6. Property Care:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and will be charged for any damages incurred during their stay.
Reservation Hold Policy
Our reservation fee ensures your hold on the posted property before making decision to finalize your booking.
With that, please note the following conditions:
Refundable: If the reservation isn't finalized within 48 hours, the fee is refundable.
Applied to Booking: If finalized within 48 hours, the fee will be subtracted from the total booking amount.
Non-refundable: If a decision isn't made within 48 hours, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
